General

  • A client contract form and a 50% deposit will be included in order to proceed with securing a wedding booking. In case of cancellations due to COVID lockdowns or sickness- I would be able to accommodate a rescheduling as long as I am available on the alternate dates*

  • All my makeup applications are guaranteed to be full-proof and have all-day & all-night staying powers (18hrs+)

  • Yes, but MUST be a group of 3 or more ladies in the booking for offsite services to be considered an option!

  • I have a couple of amazing hairstylists & makeup artists that are part of my glam team who work alongside me for my wedding and bridal bookings. Upon availability, one or two of them would be able to offer their services for your special event.

  • I will be using my own makeup products and brushes for the private lessons. You can take notes as you please and ask me questions along the way and at the end of the lesson.

  • In case of cancellations due to COVID or sickness- I would be able to accommodate a rescheduling for all kinds of appointments as long as I am available on the alternate date

Makeup Services

  • All my bridal looks include a full skin prep experience, advance HD makeup techniques & products, face contouring/highlighting, body makeup and/or body shimmer for the ultimate bridal glow, luxurious Cruelty-Free Mink lashes (up to 15x wear) or buildable wispy lashes custom layered to create your ideal length and volume, as well as a touch-up kit that I give out to all my brides on the wedding day.

  • My bridal looks are guaranteed to be full-proof and have all-day & all-night staying powers (18hrs+). *Since every one of my brides are unique in their own way & style, my bridal looks can be adjusted to your liking and your own vision and can be as natural looking as you want or as glamorous as you want. My goal is to make you the happiest on your special day and achieve your desired bridal look.

    *Bridal and bridesmaids touch-ups included. As well as up to (2) free mini 5min makeup applications for flower girls aged 10 & under.

  • *A minimum bridal party of 3 ladies + the bride is required for offsite services and/or in advance bookings* during busy wedding season months (May-November). If you have a smaller party for the requested makeup services, I can still travel to you on your special day and be able to offer my wedding services to you but your booking is still subject to the minimum amount ($1,350).

    *This is the minimum amount charge that will be applied for all in-advance wedding bookings if the makeup services requested do not surpass the minimum fee.*

  • Solo bridal bookings are accepted if a minimum quota of $700 in bridal makeup services is met for all Fridays and Weekend bookings, $500 minimum charge applies for solo bridal bookings on remaining weekday bookings. These options are only accepted for onsite or offsite services within the Ottawa region or the Toronto/GTA area. *Accommodations for minimum quota may be applied depending on the wedding date & time requested!

  • Early start fees will be applied for bookings with start times before 7am. The fee starts at $50, with an additional $20 per hour for each artist/hairstylist. The start-time will be determined based on the number of services required and the time by which the services need to be completed.

  • I charge $120 base fee for offsite services. For locations that exceed a 30min drive or that are outside the region, mileage is calculated & added for round-trip offsite services at $0.95/km and it will be calculated from either my home studio in Ottawa, Ontario or Milton, Ontario (depending on which city the booking date will take place).

    There will be +$80 for each additional hairstylist and/or associate makeup artist that is added to the client’s booking. This fee will go toward covering their travel fee for offsite services within the region, managing all bookings & scheduling, arranging all possible trial sessions that are held at my home studio, & all necessary communications & commitments arranged by Glammed By Haneen with the team, both prior and post client event(s). *This will ensure a smooth, organized, & an stress-free glam day that’s catered specifically for the bride and everyone that is part of their special event!*

  • My new home studio space can cater up to 8+ ladies for a wedding or special event party in my all on-suite fully finished basement floor. You are welcome to host your getting-ready wedding or event booking here and have both your hair & makeup done in one place with your family and/or friends. Photographers are also welcomed! Complimentary coffee and tea will be available for you and your bridal party

  • Due to limited availability, one set can be rented & used per wedding event for brides for an additional fee of +$100. If you or your bridal party would like your own hair extensions to be applied/styled, it would be +$20 for installation.

  • For any additional bridal makeup applications beyond the packages, it is +$350 per added application

  • There’s a special personalized bridal touch-up kit included for the wedding day based on the lip combo I curate and you choose & approve during the trial appointment, powder for your skin type/skin-tone & colour, your choice of mini perfume sample, etc.

  • When you book your wedding with Glammed by Haneen, up to 2 complementary mini 5min makeup applications for flower girls aged 10 & under will be offered upon request
